Chris was rude, unprofessional, and condescending when I brought up concerns about my policy and pricing as they were overcharging me by a lot. Rather than listening or trying to help, he came off manipulative and dismissive. He is very unqualified for his role and not sure how he still works here as he will continue to drive customers away. I’ve already found a better rate with a different provider outside this agency. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere — there are agents who are kind, professional, and actually want to work with you."
